The lady working at the drive thru this morning was very friendly, with a smile on her face, great customer service. It's hard to find employees like that anymore, so I really appreciated it.
I have never been this angry when it comes to fast food. I have worked in the industry for over ten years and I tend to understand that sometimes it gets busy and takes a while to take care of your customers. I went through the drive thru, waited in line for a bit, got to the speaker and was greeted with a Hi i will be with you in a moment. No biggie, they were busy.... but when the wait turned into 12 mins at the speaker with no sign of anyone who cared, on top of the numerous people that pulled in after me to the drive in service getting served before me. That's unacceptable as a customer and fellow food service restaurant. I left and went to checkers, got my food in 5 mins.
The food here is very good, and the service here is always fast. Whoever is running this location is doing a great job.
Deluxe chicken sandwich taste like deep fried cardboard that someone grabbed out of the dumpster. I spit out the bite I took. Disgusting!! A lack of common Sense allowed this sandwich to leave their store. Hire real employee's not little kids. Sad because I love Sonic and honestly it was so gross I doubt I'll ever return.
We ordered popcorn chicken and totally with a couple slushies. The tots we're cold and hard and the popcorn chicken was dry and not good... The slushies were the only items we enjoyed.
Service was not good. We had 3 orders. The person that ordered first waited 45 minutes for their food and received cold fries so we had to ask for fresh. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food and my mom the same. They upgraded her drink a size for the wait but did not for my sister whom waited 45 minutes. I will definitely not be returning.
