Burgers and fries. That's it. Great burgers, not frozen. Made in house French fries. Peanuts in shells while you wait. Plain and simple burger place. Way better than fast food, but a pretty quick casual meal.
Very dirty inside. There was a table that was practically falling over. Burgers were good but I expected them to be cheaper for what you get. Wish they would make the portions smaller and lower the price.
Five Guys but not Five Stars and that is simply for inconsistency. We have eaten here two dozen times and one time the burger is so dry it's borderline inedible and the next time it is juicy and terrific. One time the fries will be hot and fresh and the next they will be room temperature and greasy. One time you will have toppings that make it look almost like the picture and the next time if might as well be a skimpy Big Mac. Consistency is not that difficult...or shouldn't be.
My kids went and picked up lunch for us my cheeseburger with everything came with out the meat and cheese. I called to tell them they said there was nothing they could do for me unless I wanted to come back for a new burger or refund on the same day. We live to far to just drive back. Wow that’s some great customer service.
Update. Tried again finally. Worse. Burned dried out meat, skimpy toppings. Sliding down the hill for lack of good managerial oversight. Simply, no one is paying attention.
Five Guys has literally the best $5 burger on the planet! Its always clean and has awesome staff
