Wanted to make a key. They have a fully automated key copying machine. It wouldn't accept my debit card. I could have inserted cash but there was no way to insert coins, it demanded the exact amount in bills. It was $2.12! No provision for change. Of course there were no store associates around to help. This is an utterly stupid system.
Pretty good service just make sure you know what wood you want. The peeps at the desk weren't very helpful.
I enjoy shopping at Menard's. A lot of items I want topple at is hard to find. You should make out a diagram and put isle numbers on it to make it easier to find things.
Quick in and out of you know where everything is. You might have to instigate conversation at register but at least not rude.
Great store, friendly staff. This one is managed well I think, sale items are usually available, customer service is not a challenge and the store is organized and neat.
