Delivery took about a week, but the morning of, they were quick to come and put my couches together. They explained everything and everything was correct and in perfect condition. Never had a bad experience here.
Delivery was made; but missed delivery time frame by two hours which was forgivable due to the poor driving conditions due to the heavy snowfall the evening before. Many of the roads in my area were barely passable. Delivery men were cordial and polite while doing their job.
We went to the Art Van in Grandville. The sales lady was kind of pushy. She told us that she works on commission. We went to the Art Van on Alpine. The sales man was very nice. Not pushy at all. He offered several options. I feel we received great service and a wonderful product.
In today’s environment of trading consumers up, it was nice to get exactly what we were looking for under budget. Casey was great! Friendly, and helped us get a new king size bed and frame that was perfect for us. I don’t post reviews often, but was very pleased with this experience. Thank you Casey!
